Having made the initial contact, you’re bound to have more questions. One of our experienced energy consultants will call at your home at a time that is convenient to you. He or she will fully explain the FreeSolar process.
You will be given information on the equipment, the contract, how long the process will take and exactly what you can expect from us.
Although our customer services team will have performed a remote analysis of your roof using satellite data, it is essential that we inspect your roof first hand to make sure that it is suitable for free solar pv installation.
This involves a short visit by a technical advisor and will be arranged at a time that is convenient to you.
Completing paperwork can often be daunting. However, our dedicated team is experienced in what is required and will guide you through every step of the way.

On an agreed date, our fully certified solar panel installation partners will attach the solar panels to your roof and carry out the electrical work. In the majority of cases, this takes no more than one day.
An electrician will need access to the inside of your house for a short while in order to install a meter and connect your system to the grid.
